Sanjeevani Sahjeevan is a 2 & 3 BHK residential community at Sus, near Baner. The planning here began with the land itself. Building orientation, density, and open spaces respond to the natural contours and ecology of the site rather than overriding them.

Wings Find Their Address

The gardens at Sahjeevan are designed for ecological function. Native flowering plants attract butterflies and pollinators through the seasons. Tree canopies offer resting and nesting space for birds. Small muddy water patches within the landscape let birds clean their wings and feathers naturally, an essential behaviour for their health. A dense bougainvillea boundary strengthens the site's ecology while forming a living green edge around the project.

Water independence is designed into the infrastructure from the ground up. The community has its own open well built in the traditional rope-and-pulley style, a working reminder of how Pune once lived with its water.
